Of the many movie and television studios in Hollywood, only a handful of them offer a guided tour of their studio lots. That's a shame, since the studios are the very heart of Hollywood, and the guardians of Tinseltown history.

Fortunately, though, several of the major studios do offer public tours. So while you can't go behind the walls of every studio in Hollywood, you can take a tour some of the most historic studios.
