"Walk of Shame" was filmed.

0:46:26: As the sun comes up, we see an aerial shot of Meghan walking above a freeway.

In the screencap above, she is walking east across the
W. 4th Street overpass, over the Harbor (110) Freeway.

Here is a Google StreetView from that 4th Street overpass.

0:46:31: As she continues her walk, she passes a blue & white Greek restaurant.

That is Papa Cristos Greek Deli, at 2771 W. Pico Blvd.

In the screencap above, she is walking west on the north side of Pico Blvd.
(That's a long way from the freeway bridge.)

0:46:38: Next, we see her walking past a series of downtown storefronts.

In these scenes, she is walking west on the south side of the 1900 block of 7th Street.

Omar Furniture (seen above) is at 1920 W 7th Street, in Los Angeles,
which is about a mile west of downtown, and three blocks east of MacArthur Park.

(That's on the south side of the street.)

Here is a matching Google StreetView of that street.

She stops and talks to a sweeping shopkeeper, who recognizes her from the news,
and wants to put her photo on his wall.

That shopkeeper's storefront is actually a party supply store/botanica, called Lilana's,
and it's right next to (west of) Omar's, at 1924 West 7th Street.

0:47:32: She stops to rest next to a plastic penguin holding a frozen drink,
and (to conceal her identity) she steals the bird's sunglasses.

That yellow storefront houses the El Naco Bar, at 1912 W. 7th Street.

(The drawings & signs on the front are real, but the plastic penguin was added.)

48:52: We see an aerial shot of a lake in a park.

This is L.A.'s MacArthur Park lake, at 2230 W. 6th Street (at Wilshire Blvd.)
(You might remember the 1968 song, of the same name.)

But the screencap above shows it "upside down" (with the camera looking south),
so the intersection seen in the upper left corner of the screencap is
the northwest corner of 7th Street & Alvarado.

That shot is followed a few seconds later by an aerial shot of Meghan
walking west (in a crosswalk) across Alvarado Street, towards the park:

Here is a Google StreetView of that crosswalk, looking east across Alvarado.

49:06: She spots a crack dealer in the park, and since she's desperate for money, she
tries to sell him the crack that 'Pookie' gave her (back at the crackhouse):

In the screencap above, the storefront right behind her is a Carl's Jr. at 2110 W. 7th Street,
