The actual locations where the TV show Teen Wolf is filmed |
Beacon Hills First National Bank In Episode 2 of Season 3 ("Chaos Rising"), Deucalion kidnaps Boyd & Erica, and imprisons them inside a vault in an abandoned bank, knowing that, as werewolves, they will turn on each other at the full moon. Allison goes there, and discovers Erica's dead body. Later, Derek & Scott raid the bank to rescue Boyd, but find him in a full moon-enduced rage. This is actually a former Bank of America building, built back in 1924. You'll find it at 650 S. Spring Street, in downtown Los Angeles, CA (That's on the east/southeast side of Spring Street, at 7th Street.) The building now contains lofts above, and is now known as "SB Spring", but the beautiful interior of the former bank is used often for filming, including for "The Wedding Singer", "Seven", "The Mask", "St. Elmo's Fire", "24" and "Spider-Man 2". They also filmed inside the bank, including the scene below, shot from inside the bank's actual vault: Here is a Google StreetView panorama of the bank exterior: Here is an aerial photo. And here is a map link. And here are a few photos of the interior of the old bank: |
