of TV Shows,
Made-for-TV Movies & Music Videos.
In the CBS TV sitcom "TWO & A HALF MEN",
Charlie Sheen and
John Cryer are brothers who live in Charlie's beach house in Malibu.
The establishing shot of their beach home,
shown in each episode (see above),
is of the Malibu Colony. The particular
stretch of homes seen on the show are on
the 23000 block of Malibu Colony Road,
just west of the Malibu Pier.
The light brown house, for instance, seen
on the left side of the photo, is
23446 Malibu Colony Road, while the tall white one next to it is at 23450.
Homes in the area have sold in the $11 to $19 million range.
(This is a private, gated community.)

The sitcom "SCRUBS"
is set in the fictional
"Sacred Heart Hospital".
In real life, the original hospital where
they filmed the
show closed in 1998. It was formerly called the
"North Hollywood Medical Center", and you'll find it at 12699 Riverside
Drive, in North Hollywood.
( Most
of the show's exterior scenes are shot in the rear parking lot,
between the back (north side) of the hospital building,
and a concrete river channel. )
But when the show made a come back in 2009,
the new
"hospital" is now just a building inside Culver
Studios.
Building-J, as it's called, is located behind the studio walls, where
Lindblade Street ends at Ince
Blvd, in Culver City.

On the new (2008) "90210",
the new "Peach Pit" isn't
really in Beverly Hills,
but it is an actual restaurant, if you want to stop by for lunch.
In real life, it's called the Kokomo
Cafe, and you'll find it at in west Los Angeles,
at 7385 Beverly Blvd (the northeast
corner of Beverly & Martel Ave)

The original
Peach Pit, from the original "Beverly
Hills 90210" show,
was located at 45 S. Fair Oaks,
in Old Pasadena, CA.
That's just north of the corner of Fair Oaks &
Green Street,
on the west side of Fair Oaks (south of Colorado Blvd.)

"West Beverly
High"
On both the new "90210" and
the original "Beverly Hills 90210",
the high school scenes were filmed at the same actual school:
Torrance High School, at 2200
W Carson St, in Torrance, CA.
(The same high school was used as Sunnydale
High in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".)
The new 90210 house
(of the Wilsons)
can be found at 979 Bel Air Road, in
Bel Air.

If you watched the 2006 CBS series "SHARK"
(starring James Woods as ace lawyer
'Sebastian Shark'), you no doubt noticed his rather spectacular hillside
home,
and wondered where it was in real life. Well, wonder no more.
It's a real home, and its located at 2315 Live Oak Meadow Road,
in Malibu.
(In fact, it was up for sale in late 2007, with a price tag just over $2
million.)
