Eric & Pam are hunting down Sarah Newlin, the former wife of anti-vampire preacher Steve Newlin.
was responsible for establishing a vampire extermination camp, and for
infecting the entire Tru-Blood supply with the deadly Hep-V virus.
So, Eric & Pam go to the house of her sister, Amber Mills, who, it turns out, is a vampire herself. and doesn't care much for her sister.
was the black sheep of the family. Then, when she became a
vampire, her family freaked, and began paying her off to keep out of
sight and pretend she had been kidnapped by vampires.
She asks if they plan to kill her sister. When they say yes, she eagerly agrees to help them.

parents -- and that her parents are currently in Dallas, attending a

The house is seen again later, in the 6th episode, after a bloodbath at the fundraiser leaves their parents dead.

And sure enough, when Eric & Pam arrive at the house to kill Sarah, they find Amber suddenly cured of her Hep-V disease.
In Episode 7, Eric attempts to force Amber to reveal the whereabouts of her sister. When she refuses, Eric flies into a rage and kills her.

house number was visible on the front of the house. Only a few
areas in the L.A. areas have numbers as high as 23500: Santa Clarita,
the South Bay, and Woodland Hills. So, it was just a matter of tracking it down.
