Q. Where is it supposed to be on the show?

A. Somewhere in Miami.

Q. When did we see it on the show?

A. In Episode 7, of Season 8, "Dress Code".


After Dexter tracks down Hannah McKay and finds her aboard a rich man's yacht, he follows them to this exclusive club.


But when he tries to enter, he is stopped at the door and told the club is members-only and has a strict dress code (Dex is dressed in his usual pink shirt).


So Dexter phones Zach Hamilton, a rich young psychopath Dex is taking on as an apprentice, and (with Dex now wearing a jacket) Zach easily gets him into the club.


Inside, Dex spots Hannah and the older man at the bar, and when the man leaves, Dexter goes over to talk to Hannah.


He is shocked when she tells him that she's married to the rich stranger, whose name, she tells him, is Miles Castner.  She warns Dex to leave before Miles sees him.


But he doesn't, even after Zach texts him that Miles is coming back.


An tense scene ensues, and Dex is shocked once again to learn that Miles knows his name, and knows that he put Hannah in prison.


Miles & Hannah leave the club, while Dexter fumes at the bar.
