The
location: Tiffany’s house
Q.
What is it supposed to be on the show?
A. A residential house, the home of Debra's high school rival, Tiffany.
Q.
Where is it supposed to be on the show?
A. In or near Miami, Florida.
Q.
When did we see it on the show?
A. We see Tiffany’s house in Episode 6, of Season 1.
This scene follows the scene of Debra & Gio’s double date,
and Deb is attempting a revenge prank on her high school nemesis,
Tiffany, by “borrowing” her car (a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero).
We see Deb, Dexter, Gio and Sofia at Tiffany’s house after dark.
Gio attempts to hotwire Tiffany’s car, but is unable to do so. Dexter volunteers to try, and quickly gets the car started.
Deb & Gio then drive away in Tiffany’s car, while Dexter drives Sofia home.
As they drive off, the lights come on inside Tiffany’s house, indicating she has been awakened by their stunt.
A. This attractive home is located at 13963 Chandler Blvd, in Sherman Oaks, CA.
That is in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, about three miles northwest of the studio where they film Original Sin.
According to Zillow, this is a 4,517 square foot house, built in 1991,
with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. with (as of 2024) an estimated value of
$2,1 million.
Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A. It's difficult to see Tiffany's house in this scene, because it's at night and is very dark. Fortunately, Photoshop
allowed me to lighten, sharpen, and enhance the images, as you can see in the before & after shots below:
And
just to the right of the front door is the house's number: 13963.
I knew that they were filming mainly in the San Fernando Valley this year, so once I had the street number, it
wasn't that hard to track down.
