A. A city hall building, but nowhere near Miami.

Where can I find it in real life?
A. That press conference scene about the kidnapped boy was shot on the front steps of the Van Nuys City Hall, which is located in the San Fernando Valley, at 14410 Sylvan Street, Van Nuys, CA.
( It is otherwise known as the Valley Municipal Building. )
It's located about five miles northwest of the new studio. And it's less than a mile SE of Deb's high school.
The press conference scene was shot in front of the front doors of this building, which face is Sylvan Street.
But as far as I know, the interior courtroom scenes were not shot at the
same location. (There is no courtroom inside Van Nuys City Hall.) I'm
not sure where they filmed those interior scenes.
Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A. I thought I
recognized this distinctive building from my visits to the Valley, but I
couldn’t quite place it, although the architecture suggested an
official building . Since they were doing a lot of filming in Van
Nuys this season (including for both Deb’s high school and Harry’s
former house), I did a quick check of its public buildings, and quickly
identified it as Van Nuys City Hall.
A simple StreetView of the address verified a perfect match with what we
see in the press conference scene., as you can see below:
