We see Harrison and Elsa together in the park, while her son Dante plays with a remote-control model sailboat out on the pond.
She tells Harrison that her efforts to outlast her
miserable landlord aren't working, and that he's not only ignoring the
problem of the mold in the apartment, but now he isn't even turning the
heat back on.

Where can I find it in real life?
This sailing pond is located in Central Park, and carries the prosaic name of Conservatory Water.
It's located on the east side of the park, about 80 feet west of the intersection of 74th Street & 5th Avenue.
It's about 300 feet east of Bethesda Plaza (with its angel fountain), which was seen in Episode 4 when Dexter met Charley in Central Park.
But on the east shore of the pond, you'll find Kerbs Memorial Boathouse, which houses Sail Central Park- Model Boat Sailing, a lengthy but descriptive name for a business that rents remote-controlled model sailboats.
As of 2025, that activity will set you back either $15 or $20.78. for a 30 minutes rental (depending on the day and time ).

Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A. When I saw
the scene, I assumed it was Central Park again, so I googled for
Central Park, model boat sailing, and the search immediately popped up
this.
