The Seinfeld connection: Remember the episode on "Seinfeld" where George's fiance 'Susan' died suddenly after licking wedding invitation envelopes? Well, the funeral scenes for 'Susan' were shot here at Mountain View cemetery.

But that's not all. Remember that soon after the final episode of "Seinfeld," Jerry retired his old material, with a final goodbye show on Broadway (and HBO) called "I'm Telling You for the Last Time"? At the start of that HBO special, Jerry held a mock funeral for his old material, burying it while celebrity graveside mourners 'wept'. That clip was also shot here at Mountain View; the celebrity mourners present included Garry Shandling (who stole a couple of Jerry's routines from the coffin), Paul Reiser ("Mad About You"), and comics George Carlin, Robert Klein, Alan King, George Wallace, Larry Miller and Ed McMahon.

(Located just north of Pasadena.)
