A. In Newport
Beach, next to the Newport Fashion Island mall.
Q. When did we see it on the show?
A. We see an aerial view of (what is supposed to be) the Four Seasons in Episode 14 (of season one), "The Countdown".
It
is where Oliver lives (in the penthouse), and where Marissa and Summer
attended the New Years Eve party. It's also where Oliver holds Marissa
captive later in the series.

A. A hotel -
but not the Four Seasons.
Q. Where can I find it in real life?
A. The aerial shot shown is actually a view of what was then known as the Argyle Hotel.
It has since been renamed the Sunset Tower. It's located on the Sunset Strip, at 8358 Sunset Blvd, in west Hollywood.
