ADVISORY/Martin Lawrence Hand and Footprint Ceremony

                      MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19th, 2001

WHO & WHAT:  Medieval England, a beloved movie tradition, and a brand
             new Hollywood Boulevard come together when Martin
             Lawrence, star of the new Twentieth Century Fox/New
             Regency Enterprises comedy "BLACK KNIGHT," joins the
             exclusive list of luminaries honored with a hand and
             footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theater.

             To mark this special occasion, the newly restored
             Hollywood Blvd. will time warp into a 14th century world
             of royal processions, jousting knights in shining armor,
             fair maidens, assorted princesses, squires, and serfs --
             and Martin Lawrence, arriving via a very non-medieval
             Humvee. For this special day, Hollywood's honorary mayor,
             Johnny Grant, will name Martin Lawrence "King of
             Hollywood." KKBT-FM's Steve Harvey will emcee the event.
