![]() Sean's House ![]() Near the start of Episode 3 ("Muted"), we see a teenager, Sean Walcott (Glenn McCuen) walk outside his family home, in search of his missing cat. He doesn't find him, so he goes back inside. In his bedroom, he finds the cat, covered in blood, cowering under his bed. Then he hears what sounds like his other family members being brutally slaughtered. ![]() A bald, mouthless creature (who turns out to be a Wendigo , a cannibalistic demon) waits just outside his bedroom door, and tells Sean he just killed his whole family. He then challenges Sean to fight to survive. Instead, Sean busts through his bedroom window and runs away down the street. Sean later staggers into the hospital, his hand bloody from the broken glass, and collapses. ![]() Later, Deputy Parrish goes to Sean's house to investigate, and finds Lydia there. She discovers a hidden door in the wall, which leads to a meat locker filled with dead bodies, hanging from hooks. At the hospital, Sean is possessed by the Windigo. He kills (and partially eats) a guard. Scott shows up, and they battle up on the roof. The monster eventually leaves Sean's body, and then kills him. But in the middle of this fight, a new student, Ian, is left dangling from the rooftop. In order to stop Ian from falling to his death, Scott is forced to bite him, meaning that he has doomed Ian to life as a werewolf. ![]() So, where is Sean's house really at? Don't pay any attention to the street sign says "Circle Street" - it's a fake. This house can actually be found at 4336 Victoria Park Drive, in Los Angeles, about three miles southwest of downtown L.A. But it is on a circular street, with this home located at the east end of that oval. This particular L.A. neighborhood is known as Victoria Park. It was built just after the turn-of-the-century, as an affluent enclave. It's just above the West Adams District, another old neighborhood that is a favorite of location scouts, due to its concentration of large, historic homes, in various architectural styles - some reminiscent of the east coast. But unlike the West Adams District, where some of the historic homes have fallen into disrepair, the homes in Victoria Park appear to be well-maintained. [ Warning: This is a private home. Do not trespass on their property, knock on their door, or do anything else to disturb the residents. ] Here is a Google StreetView of the house: Here is an aerial photo. And here is a map link. ![]() |
