Marvel's Agents of SHIELD - Filming Locations: La Comtesse Furieuse

The Southern California locations where Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is filmed.

Episode 5, of Season 2 ("Hen in the Wolfhouse")

The scene opens inside a restaurant, La Comtesse Furieuse ("The Furious Countess"),
where S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Coulson has agreed to a meeting with Hydra agent Raina.

Coulson has placed S.H.I.E.L.D. agents around the room, in preparation for the meeting.

Once there, Raina attempts to blackmail Coulson, by showing him a photo she
took in a park of Jemma Simmons sending a message to S.H.I.E.L.D.

She tells Coulson that if he doesn't give her Skye, she will send a copy of the photo
to everyone in Hydra, blowing Jemma's cover as an informer within Hydra.

Raina says she plans to take Skye to meet her dad.
Skye overhears the conversation and realizes that her father is alive.

But Coulson calmly calls Raina's bluff, since he has already arranged
to extricate Simmons from Hydra headquarters.

This is a actual restaurant - a popular, upscale Italian one.

It's Cicada, at 617 S. Olive Street, in downtown Los Angeles.
(That's on the west side of Olive, between 6th and 7th Streets.)
