Marvel's Agents of SHIELD - Filming Locations: Hydra Headquarters

The Southern California locations where Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is filmed.

Episode 3, of Season 2 ("Making Friends and Influencing People")

Jemma Simmons walks cheerfully up to an office building, enters the lobby,
is greeted by a friendly guard, scans her thumbprint, and goes into elevator.

It turns out to be Hydra headquarters, where Simmons is working undercover.

This is actually Los Angeles Center Studios,
at 1201 W. 5th Street, in downtown Los Angeles.

That's just west of the Harbor (110) Freeway.

The skybridge, seen below, heads east across Boylston Avenue.

This same building (and lobby) was featured in the recent miniseries, "Extant",
where (coincidentally) it also housed the headquarters of a sinister organization.
