Part 2
The Actual Southern California Locations where
1997's
"Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion" was filmed.

The Versace store,
where Michelle goes looking for a job (unsuccessfully), is
real, and it's located at 248 N. Rodeo Drive,
in Beverly Hills.

After failing to get a job at Versace, Michelle goes upstairs at
Barney's New York,
which is also a real store - it's located at 9570
Wilshire Blvd., in Beverly Hills,
about a block west of Rodeo Drive

When Romy & Michelle arrive at their
reunion in Arizona, they're not really in Arizona,
of course. And ignore the sign that says "Indian Palms". There
were actually three different
locations used for the reunion hotel scenes.
All in Southern California.

The scene (above) where the car pulls into
the hotel driveway was shot at the
Spanish Hills Country Club, located
at 999 Crestview Ave, in Camarillo,
CA
(about 50 miles northwest of L.A., in Ventura County)

The scene above, of guests walking into the hotel, was
shot at the Newport Beach Library,
which is located at 1000 Avocado Ave,
in Newport Beach,
CA.

And I've been told that the interior scenes of
the reunion were shot at
the historic Ambassador Hotel, located
at 3400 Wilshire Blvd,
just west of downtown Los Angeles.
