In real life, this is the "JAI House" (pronounced 'Jaw'), That's at Cold Canyon Road, about four miles inland (north of) Malibu beach. An architectural award-winner, the futuristic, 4,500-square-foot home Here is a Google StreetView of (part of) the house.
