Q. What is it supposed to be on the show?
    A. The home of Rosie & Kevin Ellis.

Q. Where is it supposed to be on the show?

    A. In Bon Temps, Louisiana

Q. When did we see it on the show?

    A. In Episode 4, of the final Season 7 ("Death is Not the End").

Rosie is a 911 phone operator who works at the Bon Temps police station. Kevin Ellis is a Bon Temps deputy.

In a previous episode, the two of them are hiding in a car while a pack of Hep-V vampires destroy Bon Temps.  Rosie watches as Kevin is dragged from the car by the vampires and taken away.

He is held prisoner in the basement of Fangtasia, along with others who are being killed off one by one as vampire food.  Kevin is one of the victims who is drained by the vamps.

Later, Sam & Jason go to the homes of the various victims, informing them that their loved ones are dead.

In this scene, they drive up to Rosie's house.  A set of hearts near the door reads "Kevin & Rosie".

They knock on her door, and she answers, looking worried, and asking if she is under arrest (for being part of a vigilante mob, earlier).

Sam assures her she is not, and tells her they will just forget about that.  But she still insults him, referring to him as a "freak".

She lets them in, and they tell her that Kevin is gone, but that they haven't yet recovered his body.

She makes them promise to get the vampires who did it.

Q. What is it actually, in real life?

    A. A ranch house.

Q. Where can I find it in real life?

    A. This house is located at a horse ranch named JMJ Ranch, at 930 W Potrero Road, in Thousand Oaks, CA.

The city of Thousand Oaks is located west of the San Fernando Valley, and just west of Agoura Hills.

It is technically located in Ventura County, but still falls within the 30-mile Hollywood limit.

A lot of filming has been done at the ranch, over the years. including movie such as Private School and Hot Shots: Part Deux, as well TV shows like Dallas, Knots Landing, and Picket Fences.

The ranch house was most recently seen in an episode of Teen Wolf.

Here is a matching photo from the JMJ Ranch website:

Here is an aerial photo.  And here is a map link.

Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?

AI was lucky on this one.  I had already found the house, when it was used on Teen Wolf, so I recognized it when it showed up on True Blood.
