The actual locations where the 2014 movie
"Walk of Shame" was filmed.

This entire movie was filmed in & around Los Angeles - but not always where it might seem.

For example...

0:07:24: Meghan's friends (Rose & Denise) arrive at her house in Brentwood,
where they get dressed up to go out for a night on the town.

Well, Meghan's house is supposed to be in Brentwood. But it's not.

It's actually in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, at 6300 Orion Avenue, in Van Nuys, CA.

0:10:31: The girls wind up at a club, where the normally-reserved Meghan gets very drunk.

This scene was shot in the former "My Studio" club at 6623 Hollywood Boulevard, in Hollywood.

That's four blocks east of Highland, on the north side of the street, right on the Walk of Fame.

( There was a real shooting at the club just a few months after they filmed there, which left
man in critical condition. That may have had something to do with why the club closed. )

0:12:35: Drunk, Meghan tries to leave the club via a side exit, but winds up on a fire escape,
locked out of the club, and temporarily stuck, until she is rescued by the club's bartender, Gordon.

That fire escape is at 833 S. Spring Street, in downtown Los Angeles.

(That's a good seven miles southeast of the club where they shot the interior scenes.)

The fire escape is on the back (west, narrow) side of the building.
(In the view above, the camera is looking north/northeast.)

The building is just west of Broadway's Orpheum Theatre. Referred to as the "Fenton Building",
this building was formerly a taxi-dance club called the "Roseland Roof". There is still a neon
sign reading "Dancing Girls" on the NW corner (near the fire escape), and you can see
the bottom of that black & white sign in the shots above & below.

After Meghan comes down from the fire escape, she and the bartender
walk down an alley, and stop at a hot dog cart.

The alley we see above runs north/south between the Fenton Building
and the building housing the Orpheum Theatre (at 830 Broadway).
(The camera is looking south down the alley.)

After the hot dog scene, they are then seen walking towards her car, parked in a parking lot:

In that scene, they are walking west, away from the Fenton building, towards Broadway.

That parking lot is on the north side of the Orpheum Theatre, next to the Broadway Bar.
(In the screencap above, the camera is looking east/southeast.)

0:16:16: Meghan goes back to the bartender's loft, where she spends the night with him.

This building is located at 837 Traction Avenue, in the old
warehouse district on the east side of downtown Los Angeles.

(It's what the city now likes to call "The Arts District".)

This first interior scene (above) appears to have been shot from a room
looking out of the building's west side, which faces Avery Street.

(This is the same building seen each week in the Fox sitcom "New Girl".)

0:20:34: In the morning, now sobered up, Meghan sneaks out of
Gordon's building, and begins her long "walk of shame" home.

Unfortunately, she manages to lock herself out of the building, and then
sees her car being towed away by a tow truck.

This is the actual front of 837 Traction Ave (although they did apparently add
the row of buzzer buttons and the initials I-C on the wall outside the door).

The scene of her seeing her car being towed was also shot right outside the loft,
with the tow truck heading (and her chasing it) northwest on Traction Ave.
