Q.
What is it supposed to be on the show?
Q. Where is it supposed to be on the show?
A. Near the water, somewhere in Miami.
Q.
When did we see it on the show?
A. In Episode 1, of Season 8, "A Beautiful Day".
Dexter, depressed after finding out that Debra now hates him, sits on the bench dedicated to the memory of LaGuerta.
Suddenly, Dr. Evelyn Vogel approaches him.
He tells her it's not a good time to talk.
So she hands him a large envelope, and walks away.
Dexter opens the envelope, and finds inside a collection of child's drawings, depicting dark, bloody fantasies. His signature is at the bottom.
Dexter springs to his feet and chases after Dr. Vogel, pinning her up against a door.
"You can't kill me," she says.
"Why?" asks Dexter.
"Because I don't fit Harry's code."
Q. What is it actually in real life?
Q. Where can I find it in real life?
A. This is the very same park seen in the earlier scene of LaGuerta's memorial service, Shoreline Aquatic Park, in Long Beach, CA.
And Dexter is sitting on the same bench, which was dedicated to LaGuerta.
The striped door, which Dexter pins Vogel against, is actually the pull-down door a nearby park restroom building.
(It's also the same park where they filmed the opening scene of Dexter & Harrison flying a kite. )
