When did we see it on the show?
A. We see this apartment house in Episode 7, of Season 1.
Harry & LaGuerta, are looking for a black & gold Pontiac with
stolen plates, which is connected to the recent NHI murders. When the
car is spotted across town In Allapattah, the duo go there to
investigate.
They arrive to find the Pontiac parked outside a two-story apartment house.
When they
knock on the door of apartment #12103, they are met by a large, grouchy African-American man.
They ask him about the car, and he says
that it belongs to his daughter, Annmarie, who received it as a “Sweet 16” gift.
They speak with the teenager, and learn that the car was parked on the
Highway with a “For Sale” sign on it, and Annmarie’s parents bought it
for just $300. Harry tells
her that they are going to have to impound the car because it was
involved in a crime. The girl is upset as she hands them the keys.
They ask the father for more information about whoever sold them the
car, but he’s angry about them taking his daughter’s car, and slams the
door in their face.
(The car
turns out to be registered to psychiatrist Paul Petre. But when Harry
& LaGuerta go to Petre’s house, they find he has been murdered.)

A. This scene was filmed at 12103 Emelita Street, in Valley Village, CA.
That's at the northwest corner Emelita Street & Laurel Canyon Blvd, just west of the Hollywood Fwy.
The Valley Village neighborhood was originally part of North Hollywood, in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, but gained its separate identity in the 1990s.
It is located about 2 1/2 miles north of the studio where they film Original Sin.

A. The address is displayed clearly on the apartment door:
Since I knew that they were filming mainly in the San Fernando Valley this year, it wasn't hard to find.
