Q.
What is it supposed to be on the show?
A. A public street.
Q.
Where is it supposed to be on the show?
A. Somewhere in New York.

Q. When did we see it on the show?
A. We see this location in Episode 2 of Season 1 of Resurrection.
Harrison has been driving around at night with his friend, doing drugs.
When they stop at a dark intersection, the guilt-ridden Harrison
imagines that he sees the dead, bloody corpse of Ryan, the man he killed
back at the hotel, while preventing him from raping an unconscious
girl.
The hallucination only lasts a few seconds, before Harrison snaps himself out of it.
Q. What is it actually in real life?
A. A public street.
Q.
Where can I find it in real life?
A. They are parked near 36 N Broadway, at the intersection of Broadway & Manor House Square, in Yonkers, New York.
(The car is heading north/northwest.)
Yonkers is near the Hudson River, about 14 miles north of Times Square in Manhattan,
This location is only about half a mile southeast of their Yonkers studio and those railroad tracks.
Here is a matching StreetView of the street where they were stopped:
Here is an aerial
photo of the location. And here is a map
link.

Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A. In the shot
where their car is stopped at the intersection, on the left side you can
see a purple awning and on it are the words “Riverside Pediatrics”. So all I had to do was google that business name and it popped up the correct address in Yonkers.
A quick check of the StreetView revealed a perfect match for what we saw in the scene.
