Universal Pictures Hosts the World Premiere of Suspense-Drama 'U-571'
On Monday, April 17
WHAT: The World Premiere of Universal Pictures' ``U-571,'' a
white-knuckle World War II suspense drama about an American
submarine crew's battle against time -- and their own fears --
while carrying out a daring mission to capture a top-secret
encrypting device from a Nazi U-boat.
WHO: "U-571" stars Matthew McConaughey, Bill Paxton, Jon Bon Jovi,
Harvey Keitel, Jake Weber, David Keith, Erik Palladino, Jack
Noseworthy, T.C. Carson, Dave Power, Thomas Guiry, Derk
Cheetwood, Matthew Settle and Will Estes will join
director/co-screenwriter Jonathan Mostow, producers Dino and
Martha De Laurentiis, executive producer Hal Lieberman,
co-screenwriters David Ayer and Sam Montgomery and technical
advisor Vice Admiral Patrick Hannifin.
