ADVISORY/``Driven'' Premiere: Hollywood Boulevard Will Become a Racetrack and the Red Carpet Will Host Its First Ever Pit Stop! Monday, April 16

WHAT:    The premiere of "Driven," a high-tech action drama set in the
         dangerous, exhilarating world of open-wheel racing, presented
         by Warner Bros. Pictures and Franchise Pictures.  The event
         is sponsored by CART, Hugo Boss and The Laureus World Sports
         Awards.

         From the film: Sylvester Stallone, Kip Pardue, Til Schweiger,
         Estella Warren, Cristian de la Fuente, Stacy Edwards; the
         film's director Renny Harlin; and composer Brian Transeau.

         Celebrity guests: Rachael Leigh Cook, Emerson Fitapaldi,
         Jennifer Flavin, Jennifer Gareis, Topher Grace, Stephen Kay,
         Sugar Ray Leonard, LL Cool J, Rose McGowan, Mandy Moore,
